Chiropractic
Chiropractic treatment involves the manual adjustment of the spine and other joints to alleviate pain and improve physical function. It is a non-invasive, extremely safe, drug-free approach to healthcare. We offer both maintenance chiropractic and pain management treatments.
Custom Foot Orthotics
Custom foot orthotics are custom-made shoe inserts that are designed to provide support and correct any abnormalities in foot mechanics. They can help alleviate foot and lower limb pain, improve posture and balance, and enhance overall mobility.
Registered Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues, such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to alleviate pain and improve physical function. It is a regulated healthcare profession that uses hands-on techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and treat a variety of conditions.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, including how the body moves, functions, and responds to physical activity. It involves the assessment, analysis, and treatment of movement disorders and injuries, as well as the promotion of overall health and wellness through physical activity.
Counselling
Clinical counselling uses established mental health principles, values and techniques to aid you in achieving insight into existing challenges, gaining new skills and capacities, and earning emotional freedom from historical issues”.
Additional Services
Our chiropractors possess specialized training in Active Release Techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Method (IASTM), Activator, Kinesio Taping, and Gait Analysis, in addition to their chiropractic qualifications. These supplementary services are incorporated into chiropractic care, working in tandem with manual adjustments. We encourage you to speak with your chiropractor for further information on these services. These are included with the cost of treatment.

Be advised, a $95 fee may apply for massage therapy appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to the practitioner's discretion.

Gait Analysis - $0 (We provide the exam free of charge to determine if custom orthotics are required.)
