RMT in Cranbrook BC
It is well known that Massage Therapy decreases stress and helps control pain. Less well known is its effectiveness in treating deeper structures of the body such as ligaments, joints, fascia, blood vessels, organs, and other soft tissues.
What to expect from a session: assessment of body alignment to determine cause of muscle imbalance or pain; special tests to determine dysfunction of specific tissue (if presenting as such), or any decrease in range of motion or strength. This is followed by hands-on treatment and homecare specifically designed for the individual's needs.
